Pre-Construction Services
Prior to construction, we can provide pricing, cost control methods, building inspections, and design reviews. We will utilize our extensive experience and network of subcontractors, vendors, and partners to provide value engineering and develop a plan of action to ensure your project’s success.
Design + Build
As Design-Builders we will be your single point of contact from design development through post-construction. From the very beginning we will bring together our expert team of architects, engineers, builders and estimators to review your goals, budget, and timeline. By seating everyone at the same table from step one, we can coordinate to streamline project delivery and avoid surprises or costly changes down the line. As your single point of contact for both design and construction, we will take full responsibility (and contractual risk) for your project from start to finish.
Glazing
R. H. Reinhardt proudly owns and operates our sister company, RHR Glass. With a full-service, in-house glazing company, we are able to provide seamless service that allows us to control coordination, quality and cost on jobs that require a large amount of glasswork.
